Westhampton Beach Fire Department’s Junior Fire Company Visits the WHB Historical Society’s Exhibit

The Westhampton Beach Historical Society welcomed a visit from the Junior Fire Company of the WHB Fire Department to view the Society’s current exhibit, “A History of Local Fire Fighting on the 25th Anniversary of the Sunrise Wildfire.”  As they viewed the exhibit, they were responsible for finding answers to questions provided by the group’s leader.  Dean Culver, Fire Chief at the time of the 1995 Wildfires, shared his personal experiences during that horrific event.  The Junior Fire Company is under the leadership of Cody and Paul Hoyle.
