Title: House Tour and Reception
Description: The Westhampton Beach Historical Society is proud to announce our very first Historic House Tour. This tour showcases six fine examples of historically and architecturally significant homes in and around Westhampton Beach.

Featuring:

The Howell Homestead in Westhampton Beach, a fully restored 1727 colonial home

The Griffing House in Westhampton Beach, a fully restored 1803 colonial -once a tavern and stagecoach stop

The Raynor Farm House in Remsenburg, built in the 1700’s and 1800’s which has been meticulously restored

“Wit’s End”, a lovely center hall colonial in Westhampton Beach

The Wilcox Homestead in Westhampton, an excellent Victorian Farmhouse built in 1896

The DeYoe House, “Kehmah” in Westhampton built in 1903

Date: May 5th 2012 (Rain or shine)

Time: Noon until 4:00

Cost: $50 in advance $60 the day of the tour

Cost for Reception: $35

The tour is followed by a benefit reception at the historic Casa Basso Restaurant from 4:30 to 6:00 for an additional $35, which includes 2 drinks and plentiful hors d’oeuvres (TICKETS FOR THE RECEPTION MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE)
